About
About Training Optimized
Training Optimized provides an AI-assisted way to explore peptide research concepts and educational information through a simple conversational interface.
What the assistant is for
The assistant answers general, educational questions about peptide research: terminology, how concepts relate to one another, and what published research broadly discusses. It is designed for people who want a plain-language starting point before reading further or speaking with a qualified professional.
- Explaining research terms without assuming prior background
- Summarising a topic at an introductory level
- Comparing two concepts and describing how they differ
- Helping you form better questions to bring to a qualified professional
What the assistant is not for
The assistant does not practise medicine and does not know anything about you. It cannot assess your health, and no exchange with it creates a clinical relationship.
- It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- It does not provide personalised dosing guidance of any kind.
- It is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
- It must not be relied on in an emergency.
If you have a medical concern, contact a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
How answers are produced
Questions you type are sent to the chatbot service that powers the assistant, which generates a response and returns it to this page. Automated systems can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and peptide research is an active field where published findings change. Treat every answer as a starting point to verify, not a conclusion.
Your conversations
Conversation history shown in the sidebar is stored by your own browser on the device you are using. It is not an account, it is not synced between devices, and clearing your browser data removes it. What happens to the text of your questions once it reaches the chatbot service is described in the Privacy Policy.
